The IP Register database is no longer in operation.
The maildom_ops form allows manipulation of mail domains and their
associations with MTAs. The generic permissions as currently conceived
mean that it is mainly of use to UIS registrars, who will normally need
to use the ALL_ view. The form design is distinctly interim and
subject to change. It assumes that those using it understand the
underlying database structures and operations, which it attempts
to mirror in an obvious way.
